LG C1300 review from United States of America
"The best basic phone out there!"
What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
The case that Cingular gave me was a leather case with a clip that you have to squeeze back to clip onto your belt. The cheap plastic squeeze mechanism snapped one day. Went to Radio Shack and picked up a Universal one that has a flip molded to the actual case, and it closed by a magnetic button. Problem solved.
General comments?
If you're looking for a basic phone, this is the one. If you don't need all the gadgets like a camera and a speaker phone and what not, this is the phone for you. Easy to use, charges fast (usually leave it charging, when needed, over night, so I don't know the approximate charging time).
I didn't need a phone that will make coffee for me in the morning. I needed a phone that I could use when I needed it. Mainly an emergency phone, but there have been some times where it has come in quite handy.
It doesn't come with very fancy ring tones or back ground images, but I got it for free after the rebate Cingular offered, and for a color flip phone, free is pretty darn hard to beat!
