"An OK phone with not very good customer service"
What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
The joystick has failed a number of times.
The camera stopped working.
It was deleting and corrupting text messages.
Stickers dropped off the front of the phone.
Has been turning itself off without been told.
General comments?
Phone had been for repair 3 times with no luck, so Orange gave me a replacement after complaint letters.
Sony Ericsson's so called customer service did not want to know.
Not sure if I would ever have another Sony Ericsson phone again.
