What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?

General comments?
This is a very good and reliable phone. I'm using it daily as GPRS modem and also as a Java gaming device. And it also has a relatively large internal memory.
Several minus points for this phone:
1. I can change the ring-tones for calls, but can't change the SMS ring-tone.
2. I can't perform a zoom with the camera while taking a picture, but I can zoom while recording a video. Strange.
