What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
Phone can turn off for no apparent reason when the phone is ringing.
Phone has frozen on numerous occasions.
General comments?
The phone is easy to use for texting.
The buttons are easy to use.
The menus are easy to use.
The standard ringtones are good and it's easy to download more.
