What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?

General comments?
It's a great phone. It stands up to me dropping it out of clumsiness, and my general lack of gentle treatment.
It looks pretty cool, and has a nice color screen, but in bright sun light, it can be hard to see.
It comes with a wide choice of ring tones, which is good, because sometimes I can't tell when it's vibrating.
The buttons are a bit small, you're likely to hit one or two you had no intentions of pressing.
