What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
Well the only problem with my 6010, was once when I plugged in the headset, the phone began to ring and I hit the green 'send' button, but it kept on ringing and it would not stop for 2 entire minutes.. That is only when you plug the headset in.
General comments?
Overall, not a bad phone. I like the color screen, and even if it is a phone that's is being outdated by more modern flip phones, the phone is not bad.
I enjoy the voice commands, downloadable ring tones & wallpapers, and the built-in organizer, which at times has saved me. The ringtone quality is nothing special, but it beats the very annoying ones.
