What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
Only the batteries. Now I have to get a third one!

Great looks. 3 years old and still looks fashionable.
Great keyboard.
Ease of use, but has some calendar issues like not able to time a memo, or group delete of all memos and that kind of stuff.
Excellent radio FM reception, also has good headphones.
The battery lasts about 7 or more days of normal use (~5 SMS, 1 call per day). Actually it lasts so long that sometimes I forget where I put the charger =)
I don't see myself changing it any time soon!
