Since I bought it, it has never given me problems.

The most wonderful thing about this phone is that it has everything I need in a phone.

One of the drawbacks of this phone and the previous one I had, is that the vibration alert and the melody do not go together, which is a big disadvantage when you work in a noisy environment with a lot of vibrations. You find that the melody alone is not loud enough, and the vibration is not strong enough. If you place it in your pocket, and it vibrates, you can hardly feel a thing.

I like the 98MB memory, it is wonderful for all the downloads.

I like the information or feedback that it gives you before or after performing a function.

The buttons are a bit too close to each other to allow one to navigate it freely.

The built-in loud speaker is an absolute joke, it produces a very sharp inaudible sound which is irritating.

I must have dropped the phone about 20 times now, the body's bruised but it is still going like there's no tomorrow, and the screen is still intact.

Overall, this phone is very functional and practical.
