Panasonic X60 review from New Zealand
"Avoid!"
What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
This phone has rubbish quality.
The charger broke twice - dirt gets stuck in the charge plug in the phone.
The screen develops a purple blotch in the middle of it, which then grows until the phone is no longer functional.
The flip mechanism becomes very fragile and wobbly. I don't doubt that if something else hadn't broken first, that the flip would go.
Has "bad days" -- It won't turn on sometimes, the screen just lights up and it seems to jam, a bit like an early Windows computer.
General comments?
I would never buy a Panasonic phone again. Although the phone is attractive, compact and has a good camera, it starts going wrong from the time it comes out of the box.
Despite an extended 3 year warranty, the retail store did not want to know after the fourth time it broke. It has cost more in repairs than it was originally worth, and is still broken.
If this was made by Skoda, they would be ashamed.
