"A good phone, but silly ring-tones"
What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
Wasn't receiving calls, but later found to be the O2 sim card. Was resolved by buying a new sim card.
The screen gets easily smudged, but is easy to clean.
General comments?
It's a good phone with good battery life, good features, and is very easy to use.
My only complaints are the stupid ring-tones and the photos are a little fuzzy, although the camera may just need a clean.
