Sharp GX25 review from Republic of Ireland
"Brilliant business or recreational phone - if you can afford it"
What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
Nothing has gone wrong, even if I have dropped it a good few times.
General comments?
I love this phone, I got it a few weeks ago for my 15th birthday. It's not yet available in Ireland yet (April I think), but as my father does a lot of business with the mobile phone company, I got it very cheap and also must be one of the the very very few people to own it in this country.
I have downloaded 17 ring tones, but the one thing I don't like is that you can't use real tones, or the sounds you record can't be used as ring tones.
My previous phone was a Sharp GX20, that had a strong bright light on the front of it (which I used all the time in the dark); the light of the GX25 is less bright.
I hate the only game on it, 'Bomb Link'.
The picture quality is excellent.
The SIM of Sharp's can only hold very few numbers, so when I got this phone, I had to write out around 80+ names and numbers.
The battery life is brilliant.
It looks great, it's so stylish, it doesn't have an aerial. I'm not sure how much it will cost to buy, but it will probably expensive.
