Sagem SG341i review from Australia
"A pretty good, all-round, quirky phone"
General comments?
It's a very nice phone to look at, with a nice textured case that seems to be quite scratch-resistant.
The menu system is a bit strange - rather than the selection moving, the menu itself moves up and down. It takes a little time to get used to.
Some of the buttons (the 1 and 3 keys especially) are a little small, as the keypad tapers to make a nice shape. However, they are very nice to use - it is really easy to type an SMS.
It doesn't come with many ringtones (although 'Hey Ya' by Outkast is one..) however it is easy to download MIDI/WAV/MP3 etc., and use infrared to copy them from the computer to the phone. Same with JPEGs for background images.
The camera isn't particularly high-quality, although it may be partly the screen. It usually makes very muddy-looking images.
Overall, it is a very nice phone (albeit with some small idiosyncrasies) that I would definitely buy again. I would recommend it to anyone, as long as they don't need to take really good photos with it. It was very cheap, so I wasn't expecting much – but it was much better than I thought it would be.
