Memory card caused a lot of data to be lost. Every so often, the card becomes corrupt for no apparent reason, and the only way to resove this issue is to format card (reset/delete).

Handset size is a quite big, Nokia weren't thinking of women's handbags when designing this!!

3G services are great, however network busy, call failed etc would be common in poor 3G coverage areas. This issue has been resolved with a quick fix from Vodafone, by changing the network setting on the handset. Now you can choose if you want GSM mode only or Dual mode (3G/GSM).

Be aware of bluetooth viruses (eg comm warrior etc) The golden rule is to not accept any bluetooth downloads unless you're expecting to receive one. If your handset has been infected with this virus, it will send the virus to every number saved in your phonebook, and will also send out via bluetooth. This is a Symbian virus and will only effect handset that use Symbian eg 6600, 6630 & others. This will cost a bucket, especially if you're a bill pay customer. The only way to resolve problem, is to format the memory card and upgrade the handset software, which should be covered under the warranty (remember that you'll lose all saved memory).

This handset is really fun to have, it's more like a media device than a mobile phone, with thanks to the 1.3 megapixel camera (with flash) and MP3 player.

E-mail attachments are not a problem with office software (Word, Excel etc).

It's actually amazing what Symbian software can be downloaded - useful things like a dictaphone, and if you what to have some fun, you can download a programme called Zeno Morph, which can alter pictures of friends, really good crack!!
