What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?

General comments?
It's a great phone. I cancelled my service a year ago, because Verizon has poor reception in my neighborhood. The phone worked great in other areas. It would keep a charge several days in an area with good reception. At home, I had one bar for reception and it would die rather quickly. It was searching for a signal. It has been off for almost a year, turned on two times, it still has a full charge.
