What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
There were several soft resets and crashes the first week or so, but firmware updates addressed those problems quickly.
General comments?
The phone charges quickly, and holds a charge for a long time. My number for approximate battery life in days with no calls made or received is an estimation, because, oddly, I use the phone.
Ringtones are easy to add via download or SD card transfer.
Screen resolution is good.
Features are available in just a couple clicks, and can, for the most part, be operated with one hand without the stylus (versus my original choice of a Windows OS phone).
