"Superbly designed and built with everything you'll need 'on-the-go'"

What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?

Nothing has gone wrong so far. It's early days, but so far so good. Although battery life depletes quickly if used for anything other than calls.

General comments?

Superb design for a phone. It has an integrated GPS antenna 'with' software.

I wanted a Tom Tom and a new mobile. With this you almost get both. The sat nav is totally separate from the phone network, so it costs nothing to use (except the battery or in-car charger).

The software is MioMap, which admittedly is not as comprehensive as the TomTom suite, but it does the job really well. All of Western Europe is mapped too.

It's a gadget worth having. It runs Windows mobile software. Has mobile versions of Excel, Word and Outlook which work well.

You can have MP3's as ringtones, change the background pictures, etc. Everything can be synchronised with your computer too.

You can link it to an external email system and download on the move (at a cost of course).

It has Bluetooth technology, alas, no Wifi.

It supports hot swappable SD cards for all those tunes with playback using media player 10.

Camera is OK, but it's really a business phone, so don't expect amazing shots.

As a phone it does everything really well. A plus point is that you can have the phone on loud speaker and make notes writing with the built-in stylus on the screen as you talk.

Downside is it takes 1-2 seconds to activate the answering of a call after pressing the answer button. Weird delay, could just be mine, I don't know.

The screen isn't amazing in bright sunshine. It'll be alright to use in the UK then!

Everything comes supplied which is useful. No real extra costs. Holders, chargers, s/ware, extra stylus, screen protectors, carry case, USB cable.
