What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
The screen goes blank.
The phone freezes up and cannot be used unless you remove the battery to reset the memory.
Photos are clear on the phone, but are very fuzzy on a larger screen.
Ring tones are not very loud.
General comments?
Battery life is short.
Silver paint scratches easy.
Ring tones are not loud and the choice is boring unless you download tones.
The phones memory is too small for pictures and text messages.
Many friends brought this same phone and had the same problems plus more.
