Motorola E816 Hollywood review from United States of America

"Not very good"

What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?

The internal antenna broke on day 28 of owning the phone. It had never been dropped or damaged. I returned it to Best Buy on day 30 of owning the phone and was given another phone.

The new E816 is also defective! This time it is the overall quality of it; it feels as if it were made by a different 3rd party manufacturer (from Japanese quality to Chinese) and made of cheap plastic.

The phone's buttons don't work properly and key functions like call waiting do not work. I went back to Best Buy and they refused to exchange it since it was then 32 days since the original purchase!

General comments?

I have never had problems with Motorola phones in the past, and to get served two bad phones in a month of the same model is a frightening statistic.
