"Big beautiful screen on a noble looking phone"

What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?

It has scratched on the shell easily.

The speaker for the ringer has stopped, more likely due to where I work than build quality.

The outer LCD has a scratch on it.

General comments?

Considering it is feature packed, you can't do much with it.

The MP3 player is very picky about which songs it will play, it only supports low bit rates, > then 160 kbps. It is even more choosy about which videos it will play. I have yet to be able to create one that works on it. It can take videos, but only like 20 seconds worth.

Now why it's so great.

It has a big beautiful screen, which makes other phones screens look like crap. The resolution of it is exceptional, with only very new 3G phones having anything comparable.

The LCD on the outside is better than most others, with the added function of being able to switch to it when taking a photo of yourself - easy to see and manage. Pictures do require a steady hand, or else they will be a bit blurry, but it even captures pics in low light, such as at night or in a dance club.

It does have a lot of crap, which you won't use, but it's handy to know that you paid so much money for something which has so many features.

A problem I had, was that the phone is like set up so that you don't run out of space on the pitiful 8 meg memory card it comes with. I went out and got a 1 gig SD card, but because it only records 20 seconds of video, you wish that you could change this so you can record longer.
