What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
Sometimes the sounds (like the keypad) turn off and you can't fix it.
The charger is cheap and I had to get a new one because the other one blew a fuse.
There is no mute button on the side of the phone - if someone calls during a meeting you have to flip the phone open and hit cancel.. there's no silence button on the outside.
Plastic case makes it difficult to dial numbers.
General comments?
Good phone, not too expensive.
Easy to use.
