What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
Depending on service, the signal search drains the battery.
The antenna is loose and tends to fall down into the phone again.
Scratches easily.
The hinge on the flip is broken and it doesn't shut right now, so the outside screen doesn't always work unless you push the flip closed.
General comments?
The phone is easy to use.
The menus are not difficult.
Ring tones are not too bad, and it's very easy to get new ones.
Stylish look.
Good camera.
The phone has great features, such as:
a very loud speaker phone, full color display main screen and outside screen, strong vibration, and walkie talkie capabilities.
It's available in 4 colors, red, green, silver, and blue. (I have the blue one!!!)
