What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?

General comments?
Idea was great, in essence it does what you want, however, the software that came with it (essential for downloading pics and to sync phone) crashed my computer. Help from Nokia was rather minimal and from O/S not local. After an upgrade was released, I couldn't get my phone to connect with my PC. All other applications work fine.
Now I use it just as a phone and I would say it's overkill!
