What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
The casing is very easily scratched.
The screen goes white sometimes. Have to disconnect the battery to get the screen to come back to normal.
General comments?
The standard ring tones are boring, but it's easy to download new ones. This phone is very user friendly also. The picture quality is great.
