"Poor"
What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
Impossible to handle correctly a incoming call and an OutLook reminder (or other task).
After a couple of months, the battery becomes empty in a couple of minutes and impossible to recharge the device. Tech support changed the radio twice, but nothing has been solved.
General comments?
1) The 2020i is a prototype.
2) Windows Mobile 2003 operating system is VERY BADLY designed. Handling multiple tasks is poor.
3) ActiveSync 3.8 up to 4.2 software is not able to filter assigned tasks and many other small issues.
