What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
The phone has awful reception. It also has awful voice quality and clearness.
The phone's antenna fell out (somehow when I took it out of my pocket x2).
The phone heats up after 5 minutes of talking, I wish it had speaker-phone so I wouldn't have to burn my face!!

It is VERY easy to use.

Everything is very easy to use, probably because it isn't packed full of features (as I say, less things to break)!... although a speakerphone would be nice!!!
Battery holds charge well... if it's closed all of the time!
Just don't leave your back-light on while you talk for long periods of time, it eats your battery!
OK cheap-o phone, will be getting new one soon for my business!
