Motorola V557 review from United States of America
"This phone is a decent phone, which does a good job for the price"
What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
Sometimes I have a weird problem when charging, where the phone's screen will go black, then it will turn back on with no background, and often it will tell me that the battery failed to charge. This can be resolved by unplugging the phone and removing the battery.
Sometimes the Bluetooth fails to initialize and power-cycling the phone is needed. However this is the first phone I have used Bluetooth on, so I am not sure if this is normal.
General comments?
This phone is a decent phone that fulfills my needs. It has Bluetooth and an okay-quality camera which were what I wanted in a phone.
Transferring files (ringtones, applications, photos, videos) is pretty easy if you have a PC with a Bluetooth adapter. Using Bluetooth headsets is also fairly easy.
The camera's quality is mediocre - it is not as good as many other phones (such as the Nokia 3650, which I used to own.)
No problems with cellular or Bluetooth signal quality.
