Nokia 6260 review from Australia
"Wouldn't recommend this"
What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
Inbuilt speaker for hands-free/ringing died straight after purchase; replaced by manufacturer since and has died again.
Phone constantly freezes, even for simple tasks like setting an alarm.
Phone takes over a minute to boot up when turning it on.
Seems to permanently corrupt any memory cards I insert (beyond a state of repair).
Has always had a habit of switching off spontaneously.
Hands down the slowest phone to complete any task that I've used, perhaps too much load on a tiny processor.
General comments?
The navigation is reasonably good when it loads.
The swivel-clamshell design is handy.
The screen is nice and sharp.
Some good extras like blue-tooth.
