Nokia 6230i review from Republic of Ireland
"Good phones - bad customer service"
What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
I will agree with the others about the battery life and also the camera.
The buttons wear away easily, and when I spent a small fortune on a bluetooth handsfree carkit (Nokia), after a short while it stopped charging in the cradle - but my sister's one would charge.
General comments?
Nokia said it was not their problem and would not fix it under warranty.
Also the installer set off my airbag warning light, costing me 100euro to turn it off. My main dealer said it was the installer tripped the system, but they refused to pay for the work carried out by my main dealer. Nice crowd to deal with then eh??
The phone is very user friendly, but be careful with carkits.
