What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
The screen is easily scratched.
The battery life is much shorter than it was when I bought it.
General comments?
The phone is very easy to use, and no matter how many times I throw it on the ground, it still works.
My mobile has not been repaired since it was bought, and it's 3 years that I've using it.
