The battery life is much shorter now than it was when I first bought the phone.

The length given to record video is short. Quality also is not the greatest.

The volume on the phone could stand to be a little louder.

This phone is and has been awesome. Even though it is outdated now that most or a lot of phones come with mp3 players, higher quality cameras, etc. it still has a pretty decent picture and can store a fair amount of pictures.

The video on this phone is I would rate below average, but still can store quite a few videos.

These things are important to certain people, but to me the important things are: Reception which with my carrier is pretty good. The voice quality is pretty good, but could stand to be a little louder.

The best thing about this phone is the durability. I have dropped the phone probably a hundred times. It is scratched, scraped, the screen is scratched, has nicks in it, I think it might have even gotten dropped in water once, basically it has taken a beating over the last few years. After all of this it still works great, it has never just shut off on me or didn't accept a call properly. It has been a great phone, and even when I have dropped it and thought for sure it was broke it worked great.

Even after two years or so now, I'm on the same battery which holds a respectable charge.

The phone is all around a 9 out of 10. It is easy to use in my opinion, and has been good enough for me to not purchase a new higher quality phone.
