"Old-fashioned"
What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
Well, nothing so far, battery time is short though.
General comments?
My R290 was built in 1999 and is old fashioned. Quite a leap backwards after
having a Nokia 7650 (stolen unfortunately).
Why did I buy it? Well, it's the only combo satelite/GSM phone available in Sweden, even though I only
used it with GSM-card. Globalstar claim
that pre-paid satellite cards are coming
next fall. I hope so...
