"Poor reception quality"
What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
Our carrier stated that Samsungs are poor in reception range quality after we had bought two Syncs, and one had been replaced and the second one would not receive either. The insurance company replaced them with the same model with worse problems!
Keeps dropping calls and won't communicate well with Bluetooth headsets (bought several).
My former S307 the speaker went out, and every replacement was the same.
General comments?
No more Samsungs for us.
