"Don't buy this phone!"
What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
This phone is a real pain. If you don't turn it off every couple of days, it completely freezes up. The only way to get it going again is to pull the battery out.
The answer button only works some of the time.
General comments?
The phone is difficult to use, with a touch screen where all the buttons are too small. The phone is also too complex, even to do the simplest things can take ages. eg (write a text message).
The ring tones on it suck and it's too big and bulky.
