Motorola RAZR V3 review from United States of America

The phone freezes.

The phone would accept a call, then in mid-conversation, the screen would turn all white and it would shut itself off and turn itself back on, and then show 0 bars when I am in a 5 bar area. VERY frustrating. One of my friends also has a RAZR and has the same problem.

Cold weather shortens battery life. And your fingers slip easily on the keypad, which is really annoying for texting.

The camera, even for a phone, sucks. Many times when I try to take a picture with the phone closed, I will click to take the picture, and the screen goes static (like a T.V.) and says "photo capture failed." And when it does take the picture, the quality isn't good at all.

If you text really fast like me, the phone takes a long time to respond to what you have typed.

If you have real songs for ringtones and you have your phone on volume level 6 of 7 or 7 of 7, it doesn't take long for the speaker to start sounding fuzzy.

I have the now defunct Cellular One (AT&T) model. I purchased the RAZR in March of 2007. This was my first phone. The only reason I got it is because it was the "cool" phone to have.

The Bluetooth is good for transferring ringtones between phones, and it pairs quickly with my Jawbone headset.

I like the modern design and the cool blue backlight on the keypad.

There are MILLIONS of cases for this phone, and I would recommend getting one because the phone is so thin and easy to break.

I probably won't get another RAZR, but I would give other Motorola phones the benefit of the doubt.
