Nokia N73 review from United Kingdom
"Horrid, cumbersome, slow, rubbish"
What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
The first machine had to go back within 3 weeks as it froze when a call came in, or when trying to access some of the menu's. This was random.
The first machine was sooooo slow that it was frustrating to work with. It would take up to 30 second to respond to a request.
The screen scratched within the first hour.
The second machine was nearly as slow (up to 20 seconds to bring up a new function).
The buttons did not always respond to some operations.
Receiving a call was frustrating as the green button needed to be pressed up to 4 times before it worked.
Because I am under contract, I was told that if I sent it back again I would still end up getting the same phone as a replacement, so I kept going with it, growing to dislike it more and more.
Eventually the phone decided to switch itself off at random and I had had enough. I've gone back to my old Sony Erricson, a much easier phone to work with.
Some of my friends have had this same model and suffered very similar problems.
