Nokia N73 review from Republic of Ireland
"Excellent phone, but room for some 'tweaking' to be done by Nokia"
What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
Recommended Nokia software upload (via PC) failed despite following all the guidelines, so phone had to be sent to Nokia to have software reinstalled. Fortunately 'Symbian' phones like this have a 2 year warranty.
Screen is too delicate, should be made of a tougher plastic like the N70. Pressing the screen in error has left a slight discolouration on the display.
The camera flashes a couple of seconds prior to the photo being 'taken', very slow shutter speed.
Phone is not immediately responsive to accessing functions, there is a pause before each screen appears.
General comments?
Great battery life.
Photos taken using this phone are of excellent quality and sharpness, this is really noticeable when the photos are emailed.
Very impressive storage of MP3's and sound quality is excellent.
Overall impressive little PC in many ways.
