Ericsson W580i review from Canada
"ALWAYS getting repaired"
What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?
The number keys all cracked within having it for 5 months. Later on, I found out from the vendor that right after Christmas, Rogers sent a notice saying that you will get quite a few people coming back to get their phone fixed due to cracked keys. And yet they are still selling this phone.
The last time that I had my phone in for repair was in March, and now I need to send it in again for another repair 3 months later.
Everyone else that I know that has this phone is very disappointed with the build quality.
I would not recommend this phone to anyone, unless you are prepared to bring it in several times.
General comments?
Once you get used to the layout of the phone, it is really easy to use.
I love the T9 that this phone uses.
I love the look, but it is not worth it for the bad quality.
I love the "Pocket Trainer" application. This phone has many applications on it that you would not find on any other phone.
