Battery life is unacceptably poor. You must charge this phone every single day. Less than 2 hours of talk time even on a brand new battery. If I use the phone for more than 1 hour, the phone usually doesn't last the rest of the day.

Plugging or unplugging headphones into the audio jack is unreliable. Sometimes it fails to switch from speakers to headphones or vice versa.

The interface is slow.

The keyboard is sluggish, and sometimes the phone drops keys while you are typing! It is impossible to type a long email without making foolish looking typos.

Internet access is slow, and pages do not display very well. Youtube in particular does not work at all on this phone.

This phone is a great tool for organizing your contacts, notes, email etc. via Outlook. It easily handles 300+ contacts.

It is exceedingly well made. The blue silicon outside feels good in your hand. I have never dropped the phone.

The stylus stays in its holder quite nicely.

The screen and keyboard is responsive and bright.

The phone has native support for Microsoft Exchange, and Kerio Mailserver.

The phone has great customization support, since it is running windows mobile. Ringtones, screen appearance, a wealth of custom made applications, and Java support are all available on this phone.

If you purchase an external bluetooth-enabled GPS receiver, you can install TomTom on this phone and use it as your in-car GPS.
