The screen is very easily scratched.
It's a very good phone with only minor flaws, which if dealt with, would make it perfect.
First flaw: the screen got scratched the first week of use by having it in a pocket together with other stuff.
2nd: central navigation key needs some time to get used to.
3rd: not so easy to get email configured
4th: if you want to push this phone hard (lots of calls, photos, games, music, wap), get a second battery because it will last only from sun up to sun down.
These being said, I like my phone very much.
The 208x208 resolution is great for photos and games.
The 1.3 Mpixel camera is OK for a phone like this.
And the sound is excellent, both earpiece and handsfree.
Get one!
Yes, it is quite true. These phone covers seem to scratch very easily. It's quite strange because I have never had a phone that does this to the extent that my Nokia does.
