"Good phone, but fragile"

What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?

The main problem was the joystick. It was very unreliable, at times it wouldn't work at all. This is very frustrating. This happened with my old T68i, so it seems to be a Sony Ericsson problem.

General comments?

Phone was feature rich and easy to use.

The games were good.

Very good value for money.

The screen was terrible in bright light.

The camera was very poor quality and the photos it took were unnecessarily large in size.

I don't agree with the 'Joystick' problem, it works fine. But most 'NOKIA' users find it extremely difficult to navigate using that because of it's enhanced GUI and user-friendliness, which only a few 'NOKIA' phones have.

I do agree with the comment on the joystick, it seems to be a common Sony Ericsson problem. I am on my 3rd Sony phone and everyone has had a problem with the joystick. Completely unreliable.

Fragile? Are you kidding? I've dropped my phone when exiting my car at least 100 times and although it looks dinged up, it still works, hasn't broken, or anything.

The joystick works fine for my thick fingers too.

And even though I don't use the camera that much, the pictures are the best for the price of the phone.

I managed to fall off my bike with the T610 in my pocket, and land on it. The joystick only works in an upwards direction now, but every other part of the phone works as intended. So I guess they are reasonably robust in most respects.

My only complaint is that the software is extremely slow: I find composing a text or getting through the menus is very frustrating. I'll soon be replacing it with a Samsung D600.
