"Smart phone, small package!"

What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?

I have owned the phone for a little under a month now, and it has already started to freeze up. It has happened about five times now, each time I would have to restart the phone in order for it to function properly. And by properly I mean at all.

General comments?

This is my first mobile phone. While I find ease in working with electronics, this phone has taken a while to figure out. But keep in mind that prior to this phone, I had only used mobile phones for dialling and calling.

I get tons of compliments on the phone. I am told it has great picture quality, and people are impressed by the battery life.

Overall I like the phone and think that I made a good buy. On the other hand, if it continues to freeze up, I will be returning it shortly before the warranty expires.

The freezing is happening with great frequency, and the phone is becoming less than reliable for this reason. I will be returning it for service promptly.
