The phone has been quite reliable, though the plastic covering, which goes over the battery, scratches easily. The screen also has a few scratches, but they've resulted more from general wear and tear.
The phone has excellent battery life, however the power saving mode is very agressive, locking the keypad and darkening the screen within 30 seconds.
The standard ringtones are also nonexistent. My phone came with none.
It is very small and fits into your pocket well. Initially I kept fretting that the phone had gone missing, because it was much less noticeable than my old Nokia 3410.
The phone's keypad feels nice and is not bad for texting. However it is fiddly to unlock the keypad.
It has been durable, and I have dropped it a few times without any notable side-effects.
The Screen is too small though, I am aware it is a cheap phone with a colour screen, but is simply loses too many features in comparison to its rivals of a similar price bracket.
Man what did you expect for that price. It is among cheapest phones in my country. It is value for money.
By the way you can turn off auto-lock keypad feature. Just search the settings.
