Bad speakerphone and camera.
Crap.
The speakerphone on mine is awesome. I have no complaints whatsoever.
I have experienced some of the same problems, but they have only gotten worse over the years. I have had this phone since my freshman year in high school, and I am now a senior.
The first day I got the phone, I flipped it open and the screen fell off. Took it back to the Cingular store and had it replaced for $30.00!! What a rip off.
Then the second time, my charger busted and somehow it wouldn't charge my phone. Took it back and they told me that this was normal behavior of this type of phone, and they were very rude and nasty to me and my mom.
The phone so far now been pretty good, and I am looking at getting the iPhone or some other phone that is reliable and not one that breaks down all the time. I mean, what if I was in an emergency situation and I needed to call 911? What could I do?
In public places, people stare at me as if I were a total freak for buying this phone, and are petrified that if they go look at one in the store, they might break the darn thing!! I don't blame them for it at all.
