The battery doesn't last long; never more than two and a half days.
The memory is very poor, so every time you want to add a new ring-tone or an image, you have to delete another...
It's a bit heavy, you think that if it drops down, it'll smash into pieces.
It's a very easy to use phone.
It's fun writing SMS. The buttons are large and it's a pleasure playing with it.
The speaker works perfectly, you can even listen to clearly in crowded places.
My Dad recently had the 6170, and he loved it. It was reliable and the keys were nice and big. Unfortunately he dropped into some acidic mud at work and it is broken. It still turns on, but nothing else happens. It was a great phone though.
