"Not bad... but not good either"

What things have gone wrong with the mobile phone?

This phone isn't all that bad, but then again it is a piece of crap. It is SUPER SLOW, it takes forever to load things ex: to go from contacts back to just the main menu screen.

Also another problem is the arrows keys tweak out some times, and don't work properly.

I have a problem sending text messages; I'll be sending back and forth to someone, and all the sudden it won't let me send, it will say like "message sending failed" for no apparent reason, so I have to pull the battery out and re-insert it, then it will work.

Oh and the camera is a piece of crap, and so is the video recorder and sound recorder. My Nokia 6256i was way better in these fields.

General comments?

Looks cool, screen is great. I get the urge to open it, and throw it to see if it acts like a boomerang LOL.

It does have great battery life tho.

I have owned this phone for over a year now and have had trouble with it from day one!!

When I got it, there were icons lit up on it that I could not remove. I took it to the store to have it fixed, and they told me this was a manufacturer defect that they could not fix.

I called the manufacturer and they would repair it if I sent it to them, but I get no loaner phone!! Plus I would probably lose anything I had loaded on to it. That would just be my loss.

So I have chosen to deal with the bogus light icons, but in the mean time... it freezes up on me like a computer all the time, it shuts off by itself, it rings at different levels no matter what I do.

Will never spend that kind of money on a phone again!!!

Looks great, but that's it. I agree, camera has no flash and takes terrible pics. Video is even worse.

I have now owned no less than 5 razors... with two different carriers. I have had problems with three of them, ranging from dropped calls, to freezing buttons, to the front screen going blank. Batteries have gone bad as well. Motorola did honor the warranties without question, but it was still a huge inconvenience.

I do like the phone itself... the appearance, and the vast array of features. I have owned other Motorola products in the past, and have been pleased with them. I have to say that there are other phones out now, that I would take a strong look at before purchasing another razor, or any other Motorola phone.

I also owned a W385 for a short time, and, while I liked the appearance and size, it too had problems. Since my cellular is my sole phone, it is crucial that it be reliable. Sorry Motorola... I doubt you will be the manufacturer of my next phone, unless quality improves.
