The little rubber thing on the back fell off weeks after I bought it.
The phone's original cover is really strong. I have dropped it down stairs and thrown it at the wall. The cover split apart. When I put it back together, it turned back on and it didn't have a scratch on it.
Yep this thing is reliable. I too dropped it bunch of times and I remember phone splitting up into 4 pieces front, back key pad and middle stuff. Put back together and it worked again.
After me my friend used it. Only complaint was 5 key did not work properly. Not bad after getting frequently bashed. Good phone, I really miss it.
This phone is sturdy as hell! Nothing failed in it by ways of dropping/hitting it... keys only failed after my girlfriend accidentally poured soda on it (1 and * keys), in fact, we still have that phone working! Now that's a bad-ass phone.
