Sometimes it goes dead on me.

I don't find the voice quality super, quite a lot of disturbance.

Very easy to use.

Speaker mode is very useful.

Please could you clarify how you were able to conclude that the sound quality problems were due to the 'phone itself rather than just your network?

The sound quality on my 6101 is fine. In fact, the word 'quality' sums up this 'phone in many ways.

Having owned many high end phones including the Sony Ericsson P900, Nokia 6600, Nokia 6230, Motorola V620, and Nokia 9300 believe it or not - I cast them off to my family and the Nokia 6100, this small lovely phone, is the one I am using, and the one I liked most.
