The ringer volume is not loud enough.
Volume of the person on the other end's voice is not loud enough.
You can't see the screen when it's sunny outside.
Antenna bends easily.
It's not a bad phone. I have Verizon service, and the reception is usually pretty good.
The too quiet ringer is a major annoyance. If you're driving in the car with the windows down, you won't hear it ring. If it's in your pocket (or purse) in a room with a fair number of people talking, you won't hear it ring. If you're listening to music in your room, you won't hear it ring.
The vibration isn't great, either. It's easier to hear the buzz than to feel the vibration.
It always makes a noise when you turn it on, even if you have it on silent when you turn it off. This makes it hard to turn it on someplace quiet just to check your voicemail.
It's hard to hear the other person. You have to mute everything you can and press the phone right up against your ear, even with the volume turned all the way up.
Doesn't come with any games built in, but otherwise it has good features. Color screen, many ringers, ability to connect to the Internet, different screen backgrounds again.
Easy to use, for the most part. Phonebook function is confusing at first.
Fairly small size, and convenient shape. Much better than the dinosaur phone I had previously.
All in all, it's okay, but nothing spectacular.
I wrote this review, and I feel I should mention that this phone has now died on me. It wasn't even a year old. I'm going to change my vote and say don't get this phone and stay away from this brand in general.
