Nothing is wrong with the phone at all. Sony Ericsson should really make a phone with a qwerty keyboard for AT&T.
I love this phone. I'm only getting Sony Ericsson phones now. They're the only phones that I have had good luck with. My last phone, RAZR V3 was a piece of crap. Didn't work at all.
12 days of battery lifetime - maximum??!?
I have experienced only 2-2.5 days lifetime with this phone, as opposed to 4-6 days with a previous Sony Ericsson phone.
In my experience the w580 "eats" batteries..
