This is a great phone. But I did have something wrong with it once, but I called the company and they made me send it to them for research and was given the same phone, but newer. The company is great too at dealing with their customers.
The colors on the screen are great. I've dropped it a few times before, but it's pretty good about not getting too scratched up or anything.
The camera takes great pictures and can be easily transmitted to a computer. The only thing I wish it had would be a speaker phone, and then this phone would be perfect!
I have had the E316 for a year and I have never had so many problems with anything I have ever owned. My text messages, calls, phone book, and battery had all experienced some sort of malfunction within the first couple months. Every other call I made was dropped, my test messages were deleting themselves, the phone constantly shut itself down even with a fully charged battery. The most frustrating phone I have ever had. I bought a Motorola Razr and I love it.
